This was not a good exam. I was asked the same question twice: "Excavations must be inspected daily by an Authorized person" I said this was true, but the exam result stated it was false. OSHA clearly states that excavations do need to be inspected on a daily basis by a competent person, so this exam result is incorrect. It resulted in me getting 75% when in fact I should have achieved 100%.
